Each piece of Padmini Designs is made by hand. The handcrafted origin is reflected in variations in color shades and embroidery weaving. These are characteristics of the fabric and technique used and in no way should be taken as defects.

size, your clear understanding of the nature of the
product as a one-off unique commission is crucial.

You then understand that while the item you receive may differ slightly in its appearance, the quality and beauty will always be exceptional.

It is important that returned goods are returned in their original condition within 14 days after the shipping date on the receipt are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. After 14 days, merchandise accompanied by an original receipt may be returned for a full exchange or store credit.

Gift receipts are also eligible for a full exchange or store credit. Please include a copy of the receipt that was sent with your order. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or insurance for return shipments. As required by law, tax may be added to your order. Orders placed through the Padmini Design website are normally shipped postoffice Ground for customers in the contiguous 48 states. The postage services will not ship to a Post Office box so you must provide us with a street address or your order will be delayed. Delivery time will vary by your location. Internet orders take up to 48 hours to process.

Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge to you. If you choose expedited shipping of any sort, that means that when it leaves our fulfillment center, it will take less time to get to you. Your order may still take up to 48 hours to be processed internally. Orders are processed in the order in which they come in. Each order is treated the same, with the same amount of care, consideration and attention to detail.
